It’s so important to ease back into exercise after your baby! Many women will suffer from some form of pelvic floor dysfunction and they may not even be aware. Or they think that it’s just part of their new normal. Urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, etc. are common but NOT normal. I will teach you proper breathing techniques, discuss alignment, and develop a program that works for you! Safe, effective exercises to help heal your postpartum body.
We will discuss ways to recover, manage, and thrive your first year with your baby. You will learn some new exercises and breathing techniques to help heal your pelvic floor dysfunction. You will learn how to fit exercise into your life as it is now. You will strengthen your core and pelvic floor to ensure that you can get back to doing the activities you love. You will build strength and confidence in your new body!
